At KUBIQ Residence we tried to create an oasis of confort and quietness close to the beautiful city of Timisoara.
With a passion for details we did our best to bring you a glance of luxury inside and a green and peacefull landscape in the yard.
We are pleased to put at your disposal a great terrace outside , near a big and modern swimmingpool, a barbeque area with all the amenities and an extra 70sqm building with 12 person table, sofa's , fireplace and big tv free of charge.

The space
Our first desire is to offer our clients a feel like home, with spacious rooms with all the amenities. We chose quality over quantity and we are sure our clients will appreciate this.
You can start your day in the main lobby with a great italian expresso coffe with a nice view over the beautiful green landscape of the yard.

If you feel like making a barbeque we prepared a whole area, outside but rainproof where you have the barbeque, a traditional brick oven, fridge and draught beer with a huge 15 person table.
