VILLA IN AN ISLAND

Experience Finland's Summer and Lake Nature at its best.
A spacious and bright 80m2 cottage with amenities right on the water with stunning scenery. The dream destination of a fisherman and nature lover. Situated in Ikaali, Kyrösjärvi, with the beach and scenery facing the southwest.
At the end of the pier, the depth is about 1-1.5 meters. The hard clawfoot and the sandland sinks modestly.

The space
The home has a new hot tub (self heated), a BBQ grill, and fire pit at the top of the island, as well as a rowboat and canoe. All of these are free to use.

In the kitchen, there's an induction stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washer, a micro, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a tea kettle.

In the living room is 55" smart TV and dvd, and a fire stone fireplace baking oven. All linens have been refurbished in 2021.

In the bathroom, a burning electric toilet and sink. Also in the backyard is a traditional toilet (outdoor toilet).

Two showers in shower areas and a wood-burning stove in the sauna.

A bedroom has a double bed and a loft has sleeping places for four (a box spring).
Linens and towels provided. Cleaning is not. Cleaning may be agreed upon separately (price 100€, cash payment, or mobile).

Air heating can be used to heat/cool the space.

Boat transfer (roundtrip) included. For longer term rentals, we can drive you to a parking spot for things like a storefront. Additional transport for 30 eur. Additional transportation can be paid in cash or via mobile.
