The space
This country home is situated on a large property directly across from the river. This home is a great, rural getaway for families and mature groups. With a large backyard and wrap around deck, this is the perfect place to re-charge and spend time with friends and family. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and two with double beds, plus there is a sofa bed in one main floor living room, and another sofa bed in the basement. The open concept kitchen and dining room provide lots of space for meals and make this a great place to socialize. Two living areas, plus a finished basement give everyone space for themselves, as well as plenty of room for socializing. High speed wireless internet is provided, plus two smart TVs. Get outside and spend time on the deck, in our large backyard, or exploring one of many wilderness areas close by. The large driveway provides parking for multiple vehicles. Washer and dryer located within the home. This house is a great spot for you to settle into during your time in Nova Scotia.

• You will not have access to the garage on the property.
• There is a locked storage area in the basement that you will not have access to.
• You must be able to climb stairs to access this property - the main entrance is located up a set of stairs and all bedrooms are on the upper level.
• The woodstove is not functioning or available for use.
• The large table in the kitchen is all glass - please be very mindful.
