We know how expensive it is to book hotels during one's travels. Sometimes, guests have to choose between quality and price: to stay at a cheaper but untidy, unsecured and dysfunctional flat, or to embrace a more expensive stay with upscale conveniences (as based on our own struggle during trips).

We would like to share our hard-earned abode to guests with this dilemma. Your money will be better spent for experiences of wanderlust rather than on impractical accommodations.

The space
Our place was set up early 2020 before the pandemic so it's fairly new. Some of our appliances (AC & Refrigerator) aren't brand new for practical reasons. Everything is hard-earned so we ask our guests to take care of everything inside the property.

The space is often quiet enough that you can rest and get energized for an amazing day ahead.

The unit is designed for both relaxation or if you want to work at ease and no pressure from your workplace.

Our main goal is for guests to lease within their budget. Therefore, we provided the following options:

WIFI ACCESS:
Globe Prepaid Wifi Modem is provided wherein you can choose which internet promo fits your budget. Guests will shoulder their desired internet promo. It also comes with a LAN cable for those who wish to have wired connection.

RICE COOKER & MULTI PURPOSE COOKER:
Guests can save more by cooking inside the condo instead of eating out

ELECTRIC FAN:
Utilities are not included in the AirBnB listing price, so we provided an electric fan for guests to save on their usage.

Hopefully in the near future, we might be able to provide more amenities and services.

You will have respectful & considerate neighbors, very helpful Security Guards and Reception Help that are at your disposal for any query you might have. The place is very secure and will not allow any entry to random strangers. A convenience store is available 24/7. Also, there is a coffee shop beside the front gate of the establishment.
