Come unwind and enjoy nature in this cozy, quaint, A-frame cabin. Nestled in the woods, overlooking a community pond, enjoy the views through floor to ceiling windows or relax outside on one of the two large decks. The home includes a gas grill, gas fireplace, and fire pit. Located just minutes away from the Potomac River and numerous recreational areas.

The space
The open floor plan provides a spacious kitchen and living room area, as well as a queen sized bed and full bathroom, all located downstairs in the common area. In the second story, there is a cozy loft featuring a reading nook and a futon. Please be cautious climbing the ladder into the loft.

This property is best suited for 2 guests, as there is one queen bed on the main floor and one double futon in the loft. The home can accommodate up to 4 guests and an additional blow up bed is available for use. 2 sets of linens/ towels will be provided unless otherwise noted. We are happy to provide additional sets, so please let us know the total guest count when booking.

There is a large deck in the front and rear of cabin, complete with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and gas fireplace. There is also a fire pit and firewood available for use. Please use appropriate fire safety.

A smart tv, wifi, DVDs, books, and games are available your entertainment. Please be aware the wifi is satellite based and can be spotty due to the tree coverage or if a storm is in the area. If this happens, we hope you can enjoy the opportunity to unplug and unwind.

The cabin sits on 3 acres and a community pond, which you can explore by foot. There is also a community picnic pavilion on the pond, which you can access by walking down the road. You will pass the pavilion on your left as you drive in.

The home is minutes away from a Potomac River access point where you can kayak, swim, fish, or float. Back Creek is also just a short drive away.

The home is within 10 minutes of Hedgesville which has a grocery store and various restaurants.

Within a 20 minute drive, you can bike or walk the C&O Canal in Hancock, shop or dine in Martinsburg, explore historical Berkley Springs, or drive cross the river into Maryland.
