We have a newly renovated studio apartment with all new appliances, comfy queen bed and full size futon, cable and wifi. We have everything you need for your stay in Nashville. We are walking distance to all sorts of hot spots -- Hattie B's, 8th and Roast, M.L. Rose, Sinema, The Sutler, Smiling Elephant etc. Also walking distance to 12 South and Belmont! And very close to Vanderbilt.

The space
We are walking distance to many of my local favorite restaurants and bars! Also, we're a fifteen minute walk or a $5 cab ride to 12 South and Belmont, and not much further to Vanderbilt University and downtown/midtown area. I've lived in this area for ten years and the location is only getting better!

You'll have access to the pool when it's in season. Also we have a Keurig with complimentary K-cups, an iron and ironing board, and all other necessities. There is a queen sized bed with a 6-inch memory foam bed topper. There is a brand new full sized futon with a real mattress for extra guests! I've never been on a more comfortable futon. We have a bistro dining table that seats four for a night in and also wifi of course. We have streaming capabilities, you just have to log into your own account.

There is electronic keyed entry to the condo so entry is seamless and safe. If there are any issues what so ever I live close by and am just a phone call away. There is also ample free parking space, which is a huge plus.

We are walking distance to local favorites like M.L. Rose, Sinema, The Sutler, The Smiling Elephant, 8th and Roast, Bolton's Chicken, Craft Brewed, and the list goes on. My favorite local music venue "The Basement" is just down the street as well. The studio is close to 12 South Area, Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, and a straight shot down 8th Ave to downtown!

I recommend using Lyft or Uber to get around, however the bus picks up right next to the condo off of Craighead Street and Franklin Pike.
