Welcome to Silver Lake House a newly renovated private, second floor, one bedroom guest suite. Decorated in Manhattan vintage style, nestled in a safe Victorian/Tudor homes neighborhood with a private deck. Easy check in with keypad entry. Close to Manhattan, Staten Island Ferry, Silver Lake Park/Golf course, Clove Lakes Park, Snug Harbor Museum, 9/11 Memorial, shopping outlets, and restaurants/Bars. Owners are empty nesters that travel often and enjoy hosting other travelers like themselves.

The space
An outside staircase leads to the second floor guest suite, and private deck; sorry not good for the handicapped. The keypad entry leads into the living space, where there's a sofa bed, recliner, reading nook, 48 inch roku television, work space/table and chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has all of your needs to make all of your own meals, complete with a full size stove/oven and refrigerator. Enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar.

Go up the stairs to a romantic cozy bedroom, where you will find a 32 inch roku television, closet and drawers and a beautiful view of the Victorian homes in the area.

St. Johns University and Wagner College are both less than a mile away. Richmond University Medical Center is near by. There's also free street parking.

I live with my soulmate, Bobby. We have lived in this house for over twenty-five years. Raised six beautiful children, whom are grown and happily pursing their own lives. So with all of these empty rooms we decided to open an air bnb. We are travelers and enjoy meeting and chatting with others on their journeys. Bobby is a athlete, a former well-known runner, track guy, and currently a competitive cyclist. He owns and operated a tax preparation business. Bob retired after twenty years of service for the New York City Police/Fire Departments.

Sharon is creative and enjoys up cycling old furniture into a work of art. She has a flair for decorating, and loves going to antique shops. She is retired from Richmond County District Attorney's Office.
