Beautiful private lower level, walk-out lake front in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious living quarters. Fireplace, full kitchen, bar, dining area, big screen TV. Bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd TV area has a queen Murphy bed. Bathroom has 2 sinks & a shower. Laundry room has a washer/dryer.

Outdoor space includes a covered patio & hot tub, outdoor kitchen with chef's grill, refrigerator & fire pit. A paddle boat, kayaks, paddle board, floats & fishing poles are available. Event Fee varies.

The space
The posted inside spaces are completely private & a great place to relax. The beach & lake are common spaces. While the far majority of time guests have privacy in the common areas, others may be enjoying the beach & water too. And, you may occasionally see a small mulit-poo dog, Toby, who resides in the premises upstairs.

The space includes a private laundry room which is convenient for long-term stays.

This rental is in a lake community near West Omaha, Elkhorn & Waterloo NE. It is within walking distance to a playground, covered picnic area, tennis & pickleball court, softball diamond, & basketball hoops. There is plenty of walking space. We are also near Sycamore Farms, home of Junckstock.

Local eateries include the Firebarn, Farmer Brown Steakhouse, ElBees Mexican Food, Jukes Ale Works, Bella Vita Ristorante, and Boyd & Charlie's BBQ . Favorite close, dive bar is the Dog House in Waterloo. Buck's bar & Brews Coffee House & Tap Room have beer gardens & live music. Fala's Treasures & Coffee House is a fun morning stop in Elkhorn. While a very short drive to local boutiques in Waterloo, Elkhorn & Valley, you are also minutes away from Village Point Mall in West Omaha. Omaha attractions include Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium, Lauritzen Gardens, Heartland of America Park and Bob Kerr Pedestrian Bridge. Museums include Durham, Childrern' s interactive, and Joslyn's Art.

During your stay

This property is the lower level of our home with a private lockbox entrance facing the lake. We reside in the upper level & may be onsite tending to the yard or garden during your stay. When not onsite we will always be just a call or text away to address any needs that arise.

Note the space does not have it's own thermostat so the heating and cooling is managed on the main floor. We try to keep the home at a comfortable level, but we recognize different guests may prefer warmer or cooler temps, thus they are welcome to contact us to make adjustments. It does get chilly in Nebraska winters, so we make available a selection of comphy throw blankets, space heaters, electric throws and the bedroom has an electric blanket on the bed. The fireplace adds great ambiance and also heats up the space quickly.
