There is also a chip stand and ice cream booth during the summer months.
Just down the hill on HWY 11 you will find a very popular restaurant named the Kenogami Bridge Inn..(you can also get there from the house by boat or snowmobile the winter). Great food and friendly service . They offer mostly Pub food and some entrees, brunch buffet served on weekend and if your lucky you be there during special dinner offers such as lobster boils and fish fries. They also have their liquor license and will be glad to offer you an wonderful alcohol beverage out on their deck with a beautiful view of the South/East end of the lake.
They have a private boat launch and charge a small fee to launch.

Just across from the restaurant is a Marina called the Kenogami Marina with all you need for your boating activities .
Not far up the hwy for all you hunters and gun collectors,.don't miss out on visiting the famous "Gun shop" .Vintage guns for collectors, new and used.
You are a 15 minute drive into the nearest town named Kirkland Lake which is the town of the Mile of Gold- There are many restaurants popular bars , white Eagle Bar, the Franklin or Vienna's.
We have a very active festival committee who have organized some great events both in the summer and winter and hosted a variety of famous bands, musicians, and amazing coverbands.
Taxi ride into town will run you about $30.00 car load which we find quite reasonable and well worth taken after a great fun night out.
For the fishing enthusiasts- Kenogami lake is a great place to fish for Walleye, Bass, Perch, Pike...I might even be able to guide you to my secret spot! :) dont be shy to ask.
There is ice hut rental close to the house and local fishing guides available .
If interested please inquire and I would be glad to provide you more information to book your excursion.
The nearest Bait shop is in the town of Kirkland lake where you can buy, worms, leeches, minnows and tackle.

If your here on business, a common question is how close they are to the mines...You are about a 12 minute ride to Kirkland Lake Gold and aprox a 35 minute ride to Young Davidson mine in Matachewan..
Kenogami ARBNB is closer to Matachewan than any place in the town of Kirkland Lake.
You will also find many Northern lakes in the vicinity offering a variety of fish- from Trout lakes to Walley, Pike, Perch, Bass etc.
Great hunting spots of Partridge, Moose or Bear...deer are around but are rare sightings.

Arrangements have been made for someone to come in and clean at checkout but if you would like cleaning during your stay, arrangements may be made for and extra fee.
The pre charged cleaning fee is based on requiring light cleaning and laundry however if the cleaning needs exceed 3 hours of required cleaning the guest will be billed an additional $25.00 per hour cleaning fee.
The cleaning staff do appreciate I'd you can strip the sheets from beds and start a load of laundry before you leave. This will save waiting time for laundering.
