Beautiful large home located 5 minutes from Enid in gated community. This home is a spacious 7,500 sq ft with multiple bedrooms and common spaces such as 2 living areas, 2 dining rooms and 2,000 sq ft in addition for indoor pool/spa patio area.

The shining features of the home include a large upstairs balcony that overlooks a pond and the chef’s kitchen with 36 in gas range, double oven, and warming drawer. The stocked kitchen has a large island with plenty of counter space for food prep.

The space
You and your guests will feel like you are getting away into the serene countryside with all the luxuries you want on vacation! The large home provides plenty of room for 12 guests to relax, swim, and enjoy the views. The house has been updated into a smart home with whole home audio, WiFi, Hulu, and Hbo.

The formal living room is a great place to sit and catch up with family and friends. It has 2 couches and 2 chairs. The main living room is great for watching movies and enjoying the scenery. It has a large sectional couch, 2 chairs and a large lovesac.

For dining options, there are 2 dining rooms. The formal dining seats 8 people and the casual dining seats 6 people. There is a bar in the kitchen that seats 3. With the open floor plan you are never far away from your friends or family.

The master bedroom is a true getaway! It features a California king bed with 2 nightstands, dresser and 70 in tv. The master bath includes 2 sinks, makeup area, shower, and a huge Jetta jacuzzi tub! This room is on the main floor.

On the second floor are the remaining bedrooms. A large bedroom with a king size bed, an air bed (optional), 2 nightstands, dresser, and large desk area. The bathroom en-suite includes one sink, makeup area, and large tub shower combination. It also has a fabulous walk-in closet! A second large bedroom with a king size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, and built in desk. This en-suite bathroom includes a single sink and tub shower combination. There is a large closet and access to the deck outside. The last bedroom is an open spacious room with a half bathroom. It has 2 queen beds with nightstands and dressers, walk-in closet, and mini fridge. An air bed is also available. This room has access to the upstairs balcony.
