A calm river by the balcony, a beautiful sunset, a village that seems to have paused itself decades ago, a vacation home you will keep coming back to. Jhula was a childhood dream of mine, a modern open concept river-facing studio with a spacious balcony. Built on a 13 cent plot facing the gorgeous Muvattupuzha river, Jhula is a perfect holiday home for up to 2 adults and a child. The holiday home is conveniently located a half an hour drive from Kakkanad, Kochi.

The space
BEDROOMS

One sleeping areas. Modernized with a queen sized bed on the main floor and extra beds are provided on request. TV cable is provided.

BATHROOM

One bathroom closed off with a spacious shower attached to the bedroom. We supply a hair dryer, extra towels, extra linens, and toiletries. Forgot a toothbrush, razor, face wipes, etc.? Don't worry we have those for you just in case!

KITCHEN
This open concept kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances. Have a beautiful home cooked meal with your family and friends.

PORCH

Large porch to relax under an arbor with comfortable seating.Vacation rentals here are fewer than some other popular lake spots, meaning your summer cottage will have the utmost privacy.This means plenty of privacy and calm The privacy wall is there to make the space as private as possible since the main house is visible from the deck. We have more seating for larger groups with a grill and fireplace. If you are from a city, you will be pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous night sky.

CHILL AREA

We designed a cozy space to read, play board games or just take a nap.

PETS

We are pet friendly and have no problem if you bring your fur baby along. We do charge a small fee for your pet . This is a fee that is sent after you book. It is needed for the additional cleaning time it takes when a pet is in the home! the property is well protected so there's no need to worry.

Feel free to use whatever you find in the house, we only ask that you put it back how you found it.
