3 bedroom 1 bathroom Hunting lodge on a ranch 15 miles from Ute Lake. Plenty of parking for boats or trailers.

The space
This is a 3 bedroom house that has been turned into a hunting cabin. There is a bunk beds as well as a twin bed and two full beds. It has a small kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave. It does not have a stove for cooking but an outdoor grill is available for your use on the patio. There is a griddle, burner with pots and pans, electric skillet, waffle maker, a quesadilla maker, coffee maker, and utensils. It may be best to bring your own utensils incase we do not have what you need. There is a washer and a dryer. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, as well as towels.

We have a smart TV that is connected to the internet. It has an amazon account connected to it, that allows you to watch free movies. Our WIFI is not the best, so it may be slow at times. It is especially bad if there is a storm interfering with the connection.

We use a rural coop for our electricity. When storms come the power could go off and be out for a few hours, but it will come back on. We have candles and flashlight for your use.

We do NOT allow pets.
