Olu villa is located on a pond that blooms water lilies, named Olu and therefore, gets the name as Olu villa. Imposing traditional & modern architectural designs are carefully blended to provide the experience of living in a contemporary Sri Lankan house. Olu villa is located nearby a lowland paddy field and thus, provides a relaxing atmosphere. Throughout the day, you can enjoy the sight and songs of numerous birds that fly around Olu villa. We have an outdoor water bath.

We offer 125 square meters of floor space, in addition to plenty of open spaces. Olu villa is located nearby a lowland paddy field and thus, provides a relaxing atmosphere. We have an outdoor water bath amended with mini-waterfall, outdoor shower & separate laundry room that provide free-of-charge washing facilities. Upon arrival, you will be offered a locally sourced tropical fruit basket & fruit juice, whereas, at the departure, you will be gifted with locally grown Ceylon teabag & home-grown Ceylon cinnamon sticks*. During your stay, two complimentary beers & soft juices will be provided to enjoy at your convenience*. Guests can be accompanied by a driver if needed and we will provide the driver’s room without additional cost for your whole stay. A motorcycle can be rented.

Facing to rice paddy fields🌾 and coconut trees🌴. Located on a water pond in the middle of a village. Provide a luxury and comfortable stays in a two master bedroom villa 🛌 , with a large living room and a kitchen. Both bedrooms are facing fields together with a balcony and provide the best view at any time of the day. Peacock 🦚 dances are a common sight in the morning together with many birds that fly around our villa. At the outside, a drivers room, indoor parking area, open shower, bathtub and staircase to water is available 🐠 .

In our house design, we have carefully blended Sri Lankan traditional and modern architectural concepts. Thus, visitors to our villa gets the dual experience of living in a villa-like space and cabana-like bedrooms, when you opted to live in Olu Villa.

We are a Sri Lankan couple, currently living in Sweden. We grew-up and studied in Sri Lanka and moved to Sweden for postgraduate education in 2014. During our stays in both abroad and home, we have sensed the desires and needs for a perfect holiday destination. We are keen on getting the best of Sri Lankan taste and therefore, carefully designed our vacation house to spend calm and relaxing time by blending traditional and modern architectural concepts.
