The space
We provide Yoga and meditation retreat at Sea Hawk Resort which will help you discover the relationship between mind and body through yoga, meditation and breathing techniques. They will show you how you can heal yourself physically, mentally and emotionally using five elements, asana, meditation, emotional detoxification techniques and breathing techniques. Yoga focuses on self-development through self-understanding.
