The space
The accommodation is located in an old house, which was renovated and transformed into 8 studio accommodations (5 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor), but all independent of each other (each unit has a private kitchen and bathroom and its own access). This unit is on the ground floor.

The common area consists of a small garden, laundry with conventional tank (there is no washing machine) and patio in front of the house with space to park up to two vehicles. However, this unit does not offer parking.

Access to the property is through a gate with electronic lock by entering a password (pedestrians) or automatic gate with remote control (vehicles).
