This apt is located near the ferry. It is bet 15-18 min walk to ferry & NYC’s only prime shopping outlets mall & a 25 minute free ferry ride into City. This apartment is thoroughly cleaned and everything is sanitized! rest assured and enjoy your stay. Check in times can be flexible at no additional cost if scheduling permits in between bookings.

The space
This is not a shared space it is only for you & your guests. This apt is the ground floor apt in a 2 family home. There is a queen size bed & a gel memory foam full size futon bed. Your entrance is on the side of the home by the driveway. The driveway parking is included. You can park inside or blocking the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking for additional cars. In the closet you will find extra blankets & pillows & for additional guest or children. The house above as of 4/30/22 will be a 3 bdrm airbnb rental. The squeaky floor issue has been remedied.
