This 1940’s house is nested in a quiet quaint neighborhood next to a great park, yet still close to main interstate. Is 1100 sf, 2 large bdrms, comfortable living room. One bathrm, w/tub/shower combo. Full kitchen, gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, WiFi, fenced bkyrd w/patio & lake view. Cooled by window units, heated by safe radiator heaters. Internet improved to download speed of 300+ Mbps. Streaming Netflix, Hulu, etc. House has all the extras we can think of!!! Give us a try!

The space
Fully fenced, half shaded backyard for your dog, pet friendly inside however cannot accommodate more than 2 crated animals. Backyard view to beautiful park with a playground, small putt-putt golf, running trails and catch and release fishing pond/dock. Ducks to feed, picnic areas. Also another adjoining park has basketball/baseball/playground. Perfect house for the family!

Usually we are available for onsite assistance at most times, but certainly available by phone 24/7. We do live in the area. We do maintain the yard, if not arrange for the care. We communicate with plenty of notice if we will be on the property for the yard care or needing any access to the garage or very rarely the house.
