My apartment is located by the sea with splendid view of the beach from the 19th floor in a newly opened apartment building. It’s only an elevator trip down and less than a one minute walk and you are at the beach.

The space
My brand new apartment is beautiful and functional. It has everything you may need; 1 big TVs 49inch, very good and discreet air-condition, washing machine and drying machine. The kitchen is well equipped with a big refrigerator, rice cooker, crockery. All are still a very rare thing in Nha Trang. And I am proud of the beds in the two bedrooms, they are firm and comfortable an of very good quality. I am sure the apartment will provide you a pleasant stay. The 2 bedrooms has king size beds. And the living room has a European style sofa, with tea table. The balcony and huge window of 2 bedrooms offer the very nice bay view, the apartment is full of natural light. The mattress is softened and the bed linens are cotton with drawings so they can bring the guest well sleeping. There are two bathroom with shower and hot water. I’m sure the apartment can be compared with the best hotels in Nha Trang.

My apartment is located in a modern complex with 8 elevators. On the ground floor there is a shopping center, spa, coffee shop, bakery and a garage if you need a place to park. There is also a reception and security in the building.
The area has everything you need with a lot of shops, restaurants and coffee shops and bars nearby. Nearby the local market, every day fresh seafood, meats, vegetables, fruits and other local products are sold. This is a local market, you can buy the products at very reasonable cost as residents
It is very near to Hon Chong, Cham tower and hot spring.
The bus number 4 stops 50 meters north of the building. The bus comes every 15 minutes and makes it easy for you to go through the city and to Vinpearl Water Park. Taxi is cheap in Vietnam. It’s only a 4,5 km ride to the railway station.
