Wonderful cozy space located in the basement of Green Gables BnB complete with full kitchen, large living room, big screen tv, two large bedrooms, and plenty of space to stretch out. Gorgeous 20 foot Sunsetter awning with remote control, out door fire place, fire pit and playground. 1 acre pond for fishing and gazebo dock to enjoy beautiful sunsets as you relax on a warm summer evening. Dutchman Diner located right next door for some wonderful Amish meals when you don't want to cook

The apartment is ground level drive up access. Very handicap accessible. There is a pellet grill available for use. (you must buy pellets) Sunsetter awning for warm summer evenings. You may set up and fill a wading pool for the small children.
