This sweet chalet is located minutes to Sugarloaf ski area, The Appalachian Trail, Flagstaff Lake, the best mountain biking in Maine and so much more. It is our cherished adventure basecamp and we love sharing it (as in rent when we're not there) with others looking to get the goods here in Maine. We love how close we are to everything yet removed and rustic. A great place to relax and recoup or enjoy a quiet day by the wood stove. We look to balance funky charm and updated comfort.

The space
400 square foot cabin with a lofted bedroom and perch over 2/3 of the space. Large porch, yard and wooded property. Balance between clasic cabin elements and gradual updating. Everything will be clean and comfortable as we take pride in our sweet little get away.

During your stay

We are located 2.5 hours away from the cabin so there is some relative self-sufficiency needed for basic needs. We clearly aim to make the space as easy to be in as possible and know there may be quarks that arise in this rustic camp. There is cell phone service available and we have connections in the area to help out if there are emergencies. This booking is better suited for folks looking for the cabin experience over the hotel experience.
