Entire home to yourself, in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Built in the 1990s and very much a typical middle class Puertorrican house 🌺

The property has an amazing closed backyard and a patio with outside seating to enjoy your meal and surrounding flora.

The house is conveniently located in the center of the island near restaurants and shopping centers; its 25 mins from Old San Juan, 15 mins to Cayey (Guavate), 20-30 mins to Condado beaches, 45 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest.

The space
Great place for family vacations! The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms for 5 people to sleep comfortably. Master Bedroom has a QUEEN bed, cable TV, and AC unit. Guest room has a FULL bed and AC unit. The study has a TWIN sofa bed, a desk, and floor fan (no AC).

Typical of Puertorrican homes the house has two window AC units in the master and guest room and NO central AC throughout the house, windows open to allow for the tropical air to flow in 🌺

Towels and basic bathroom toiletries offered alongside great high speed internet and cable TV. Other amenities include movies, board games, cards, dominos, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella.

Kitchen has coffee maker, basic ingredients for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, etc), pots and pans.

Calm residential neighborhood with beautiful picturesque well kept homes. Neighborhood is composed of mostly working professionals who work in Caguas or San Juan. The home is centrally located and has a beautiful surrounding mountain range view.

The house is located near two shopping malls (Plaza Centro, which is walking distance, and Las Catalina's). A grocery store (Ralph's) and pharmacy (Walgreens) are just 5 mins driving, you'll also find many great restaurants nearby!

North side of Caguas has quick access to main highway 52 connecting to San Juan and Cayey. and Road 30 connecting to Humacao and route to El Yunque.
