• All the sheets are included (for the convertible sofa-bed and the Queen size bed), as well as the towels: there are no extra fees.
• The amount of guests does not affect the price: you can be from 1 to 3 guests.
• I do not charge any cleaning fee, but in return I simply expect you to leave the apartment in the same condition as when you checked-in.
• WiFi is included and it is a "real" WiFi (not a hot-spot).
• Underground parking is provided for free. Very convenient as outside parking is complicated and high priced.
