It is located in a residential area (El Condado) and walking distance to La Placita de Santurce area (restaurants and bars). Walking distance to the beach and restaurants in Condado. The building has controlled access. It has facilities for coin laundry in the common area. The apartment building has 11 apartments and our office is located in the first floor. CCTV cameras are around the property and a backup generator for public areas. 24 hour supermarket located at walking distance.

The space
The Apartment was recently remodeled with all modern features and comfort. Parking is available in the first floor and around the streets. Wifi Internet is high speed fiber connection. The use of the sofa bed is not included in the basic rent. For the use of the sofa bed the extra guess fee applies. The apartment 10 is totally solar powered (net metering) and all linens and towels are washed in solar powered electrical equipment with Zero carbon footprint.

Condado Supermax supermarket is located less than 10 minutes walking. Supermax Online allows you to order and delivery option on order over $50 and the delivery charge is $7.00. During working hours Monday thru Friday you can pre-order with delivery to our office in the first floor. We would take it to the apartment. This could be done ahead of your arrival.

The Apartment building has 11 apartments and our office are located in the first floor and we are available during working hours. The property is located in Calle Estrella 1353 or Calle Aldea 1352. It is better to enter thru Estrella St. since it has a ramp to the 1st floor
