Exclusive, light-flooded apartment with 2 separate bedrooms located on the high ground floor. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail at the end of 2019.
The apartment is very quiet located on the edge of the forest. The hiking trails start right behind the house. Wurmberg cable car and spa park are within walking distance. You can also reach the city centre in a few minutes on foot.

The space
The apartment (approx. 50sqm) was completely newly equipped with high-quality furnishings at the end of 2019 and is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests (including children and infants under 2 years). There are two separate bedrooms each with a comfortable double bed. From the hallway you enter the 1st bedroom with a bed in the size 180x200cm and a large wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom can be reached via the living room. It has a bed in the size 160x200cm and a small side cabinet. In the open-plan living/dining area there is a cozy couch and dining area with 4 chairs as well as a large 46 inch smart TV with cable connection and a playstation (PS3) with games and the possibility to play DVDs and Blu Rays. In addition, some board games and books are available for you. Wifi is available for free in the entire apartment. The comfortable fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ring glass hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and many other useful kitchen utensils.
