Hi Christer,
I wanted to thank you again for your stay. We loved everything and you were a great host. Thank you also for your review. :) We were travelling for a very long time and my deadline for your review had already passed, so I could not write one. :(
Regards, Ramona

Large 1st ca 50 sqm 4 km west of Docksta Centrum (Central in World Heritage area)

0 km to snowmobile trail,

in the old Teacher's dwelling (now rental property )

The "Teacher's Housing" as it is still called in Docksta-Nyland, although the School was demolished many years ago, is today a rental house, completely unique in the middle of a farming village surrounded by horse, sheep and cow pastures with the Docksta river below.

Only 4 km from the E4an but still completely separate from the highway sounds, traffic, camping sites and the holiday villages' constant activity.

The room is equipped with 3 beds, sofa, small table with chairs and wardrobe and large fireplace to fire in. Kitchen with dining area for 3 and is equipped with essentials but no microwave or dishwasher.

Smart TV 32 inches can be connected to your own Mobile (Hotspot or USB) (only Swedish Television channels on the TV). Tips are to download some evening movies before you arrive.

Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine. New small climate neutral water heater in the bathroom (enough for 2 showers, takes about 15 minutes to reheat) However, only cold water in the kitchen

Hall with chair, unloading table, mirror, clothes hanger and shoe rack.

View towards Skuleberget and large plot to use, terrace with patio furniture at the entrance side and garden group on the plot.

Completely private and undisturbed location in the upper part of the plot and the apartment is completely free of view from neighbors and passers-by on the public road.

Unfortunately, there is only cold water in the kitchen and the apartment smells like a little smoke.

Non profit host / guide Skuleskogen and Skuleparkens Naturreservat on behalf of the County Administrative Board...
born in Stockholm and has had my permanent residence there my entire working life and had the whole of Europe as a workplace and commuted weekly between the major cities.

When a few years ago I had the opportunity to do the opposite, ie overnight apartment in Stockholm and permanent accommodation where I went on vacation from what I was a child was the choice of course.

Here you will find the most amazing and extensive nature imaginable. You can sit and have coffee in the morning at the mountain pastures and have dinner at the lighthouse far out in the archipelago in the evening.
