THE APARTMENT:
My family’s apartment is located in the corner of Calle San Sebastián and Calle de la Cruz. Spanish style double doors, high ceilings, hardwood accents, and traditional colonial architecture. The layout encompasses a spacious living room and a separate kitchen with a small balcony overlooking San Sebastián and de la Cruz streets. Living room is directly next to the kitchen. The living room has two comfortable reading chairs and a flat-screen TV.
The space
BEDROOM:
The apartment has one private bedroom that comfortably sleeps 2 adults. The bedroom is separated from the living area by wooden double doors that will provide privacy when needed. It has a queen bed, air conditioning, full closet, and a ceiling fan. The room has its own small balcony with street view.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. It has a marble table that sits 2 guest and a peninsula with two additional stools. Sorry but the owner does not allow cooking in the premises and we do not provided cooking basics.
LOCATION:
Building is in the iconic Calle San Sebastián. From the property, you can comfortably walk anywhere within Old San Juan. The apartment is located on the second floor overlooking both Calle San Sebastián and Calle de la Cruz . There is a large assortment of bars and restaurants on this strip which is a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
AMENITIES:
We provide 2 bath towels per guest, 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING:
The advertised cleaning fee covers cleaning before check-in and after check-out. Daily housekeeping can be requested at an additional cost of $60.00 per night. Daily housekeeping must be requested immediately after booking and it is subject to availability.
CLEANING PROCEDURES: We are using disinfectant cleaning products on all surfaces in response to COVID-19.
HOUSE RULES:
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
PETS: Pet fee is $150.00 p/p
Building quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This is a residential building. Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect to the neighbors.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
Maximum occupancy of 2 adults. HOA does not allow unregistered visitors in the premises. No visitors allowed in the apartment regardless of time or purpose. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it will result in immediate cancellation of booking.
Subletting not allowed.
