Light and airy flat, on the doorstep of Glasgow Green and a 15 minute walk into centre of town.

Glasgow Barrowlands a 10 minute walk and lots of fantastic bars and restaurants selling great food all within walking distance.

The space
Welcome to my Home from Home that I would like to share with you.

The flat is a recently renovated property within footsteps of Glasgow green.
The property is pet friendly and suitable to sleep 3 adults, 2 in the bedroom either on super king bed or can be set up as 2 singles....please let me know your requirements when booking.
There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which would sleep 1 adult comfortably or possibly 2 children. However I would say comfortable level in the flat is 3 adults.

Bedroom has wardrobe with hangers, dressing table and chest of drawers. Hairdryer and straighteners also provided.

Open plan living/kitchen and dining area. Full kitchen facilities and basic supplies are provided such as various tea, coffee, milketc. Washer dryer, iron etc all provided.

Corner sofa bed,flat screen smart tv with Netflix, Now TV (no BBC iPlayer)
There is also an honesty bar stocked with local beers from Westhouse, various Gin, Vodka. Money gathered from the honesty bar will be donated to local charities.

The bathroom has a shower over bath, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided.

Hi thanks for taking the time to look at my property.

I live in Dundee, however due to travelling through to Glasgow quite often, I decided to buy a holiday home. As I’m not there full time, I would love to share this with you.

I have a cockapoo called Mac and know how difficult it can be to find decent dog friendly accommodation, so dogs are more than welcome in my flat. Plenty old spare towels for when paws get wet.
