After the fall of the communist regime, Dumbravita has had great economic progress, determined by the quality of infrastructure which attracted many people in this place.The interculturality of the place is evidenced through two statues of the Romanian and the Hungarian national poets:Petofi Sandor and Mihai Eminescu.There is a park for children and three churches in the heart of Dumbravita: Reformed, Roman Catholic and Orthodox. The oldest of them is the Reformed and is a symbol of Dumbravita.

Hi, we are Letitia and Gigi, a 62 years old Romanian couple.
We had lived in Resita (130 km from Timisoara) for 30 years and recently we moved to Dumbravita (a commune in Timis county, located at 7km away from Timisoara city centre, Union square and Revolution square). We graduated in Timisoara the Agriculture University back in the 70s.
We are living in a new house built in 2018 comprising 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one kitchen, a dining room and a living room.
It will be our pleasure to share our house with the next travelers wanting to discover Timisoara and Romania.
We will gladly help with tourist advice and travel information if needed.
