A cozy, newly refurbished home on our family farm located in Northern Southland - 10 minutes out of Lumsden and just 30 minutes from Gore; the trout fishing capital of NZ. Queenstown, Te Anau and the stunning Catlin's coast are all within 2 hours drive.

The space
Toia te Manawa is completely secluded and private with not another house in sight. You are simply surrounded by wide open space with a breathtaking vista.

Nestled in a picturesque valley with panoramic views. A hop, skip and jump to the main highway. Our farm boundaries the Tomogalack river, which flows into the Mataura - perfect for fishing and swimming.

Lumsden has a couple of great cafes, and a well stocked supermarket. Our local pub has excellent dining options and is just a great place to socialise and unwind.

If it's snow skiing you prefer, Toia te Manawa is the perfect place to stay to avoid the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. Enjoy the scenic drive - only 1 hr from the Remarkables ski field.
