Logan Springs Ranch is 142 acres of trees, trails, creeks and springs. A beautiful property for hiking, fishing or just relaxing. The 2140 sq. ft. home sits on top of hill overlooking a 5 acre lake. The back deck and screened in porch offer wonderful views of the lake and property. Lake and 2 ponds for catch and release fishing. Trails throughout the property are great for hiking and exploring. The house has two master bedrooms, each with a private bath and very comfortable king size beds.

Seldom do you find a property that offers access to 142 wooded acres with trails for hiking and a lake for fishing. The house was recently remodeled with all new appliances and top of the line finishes. The house has two master bedrooms, each with a private bath and very comfortable king size beds. The sunroom has two sleeper sofas for extra guests. There are two big screen TVs so you can watch the game while the children watch cartoons. The covered deck allows BBQ in all weather and the screened in porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. There is a plant nearby that at times will have some level of noise. We have no control when those times are. You cannot hear it inside the house.

There are two kayaks, a pedal boat, and a two-person bass boat with trolling motor, along with life vests.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the boats and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of boats may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the boats if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the boats while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, using the boats or any other injuries on the property. Catch and release fishing only. Great view of the lake. Enjoy the campfire in the cold evenings. On clear nights, you will see stars that you never knew existed if you live in the city.

My wife and I are empty nesters. We have a wonderful large family but are now enjoying this phase of our lives. We are still working but are enjoying the opportunities we have to travel and explore new countries.
