Our comfortable private downstairs one bedroom apartment with outside deck and garden has a true coastal feeling! It comfortably fits two but can accommodate 4 and is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood and a cul-de -sac with plenty of off street parking.
Just 15 minute walk to the Browns Bay beach and town centre where you can enjoy the Cafes, shops and restaurants.
We also 5 minute stroll to Sherwood park where the kids can play and enjoy a ice-cream while feeding the ducks.

The space
A private self contained apartment in Browns bay, Auckland with open plan lounge, dining area, one bedroom with your own kitchen and bathroom and outdoor deck and entertainment area which includes a gas BBQ.
Downstairs from main house with private apartment access and garden for the kids to play in .
The lounge has a double sleeper couch also will supply an exercise cycle on request for those who like working out.

We do supply tea, coffee and sugar.

Quite friendly neighborhood in a cul de sac close to Browns Bay beach and town. Diary also close by. Easy walking 15 minutes to Browns Bay town which includes beach,supermarkets, bars, restaurants, medical facilities and cafe's.Kids play park 5 minutes walk to Sherwood park.
