The apartments are located in the village of Agios Nikitas, only walking distance from the beach and the local tavernas and shops. They are newly renovated, modern apartments accommodating 2 - 5 persons (in total there are three apartments - one upstairs and two downstairs ). In each apartment there is one bedroom with a double bed, open plan fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with a sofa which converts easily into a bed, LCD TV, A/C. Free WiFi and parking is also provided.

The space
Villa Semipuella apartments are located in the village of Agios Nikitas, only walking distance from the beach and the local tavernas and shops. They are newly renovated, fully equipped apartments accommodating 2 - 5 persons. In total there are three apartments from which the larger apartment is situated on the first floor (apartment Medusa, size 50 square meters, bookable via another listing on airbnb) and two smaller apartments on the ground floor (apartment Stheno is bookable via this listing, size 30 square meters, fully renovated in 2014).
In apartment Stheno there is one bedroom with a double bed and floor to ceiling wardrobes, modern bathroom with a hydro massage and open plan, fully equipped kitchen with a full size cooker and fridge. The sitting/dining area has got a sofa which converts very easily into a single bed and flat screen TV.
WiFi free of charge is also provided.
The fully air conditioned apartment have got a direct access via french doors to the pool area.
Garden furniture and sunbeds are also provided.
The pool is 7.00m x 4.50m with whirlpool and there is a barbecue situated next to it.
