Play foosball and games or soak in the jet tub. BBQ under the covered deck and enjoy the large yard. Perfect for swimming or just having a peaceful getaway. In season enjoy the paddle boat or kayak. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal ideas. There are multiple trails nearby to explore. Fresh air.

The space
With 1040 sq/ft on main level stretch out and relax. Insulated and comfy year round. Set right on a quiet lake with beautiful surroundings with a great view of the lake. One acre private wooded lot, with large outdoor fire pit with some wood provided.
Fully heated/AC with heat pumps upstairs and down. Fully stocked kitchen with complementary spices and condiments.
The master bedroom is a very comfortable queen bed and adjacent to the large bathroom, it has a large closet and dresser. The bathroom has a jet tub and a separate glassed corner shower. The second bedroom which is adjacent to the kitchen has an adjoining 1/2 bath and dresser.
Games and TV on lower level. One double bed is downstairs in common area. Enjoy a hot or cold drink with our Keurig. Some flavors are provided. There is little boat traffic so its great for paddle boats, kayaks and quiet days. Gas BBQ on the deck or vented electric range inside.
Ideally suited couples or family of 4. The water is from a drilled well and safe to drink.

The neighborhood is a mixture of year round families as well as seasonal cottages. Located down a quiet lake road just 4 minutes from a gas/convenince store. Very quiet, you can not hear road traffic from the house.
Located in the center of the southern half of Nova Scotia and only 45 minutes to Bridgewater or Kentville, places of major shopping, touring.
Less than 1.5 hours from anywhere in Halifax/Dartmouth.
