This charming East Broadtop Railroad home, built in the 1900’s, has been restored. House includes washer/dryer. 2 full baths. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Walking distance to the Historical East Broadtop Railroad and Trolley. Short distance to Lake Raystown,and State College. Beautiful golf course within 12 miles. Grocery store and restaurants near by. Quaint town for walking and sightseeing. House is unoccupied (large yard, gift shop on property and playground across the street).

I worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 27 years.After retirement i opened a Gift,lunch shop.Managed it for 5 years. Presently my son and i own and operate a gift shop next to our Grandmas guest house.
