A working livestock ranch in southern Monroe County about 15 minutes from Bloomington, IU, Lake Monroe & great restaurants. Beds for 7 adults, 1 child (although I am 5'1" and can comfortably sleep in the toddler bed) and a crib. I have a futon and floor mattress for 2 additional adults if needed. We are about a half mile off the county road. Large yard, patios and a cookout area. Just north of the entrance to our property is The Cedars Nature Preserve. We live on first floor.

The space
Lots of early American antiques and textiles throughout the space. The entire second floor of the house including a large front porch is your private space. You're welcome to use the kitchen and any cooking equipment or implements downstairs. There's a coffee maker and k-cups as well as an assortmet of tea.
We do not have televison service in the Airbnb space but in the large sitting area there are televisions with USB input, a DVD player and a VCR player as well as a selection of DVDs and VCR tapes. There is also a large desk for a work space. There is a childs desk as well. There are a few board games, card games and playing cards.

Our house sits back one half mile from the county road. The livestock can be noisy but we think it's quite peaceful here. You'll also have a lovely private balcony porch with a view.
