The space
Vom Eingangsbereich gelangt man in die offene Stube mit hellem Essbereich (ausziehbarem Tisch) und Zugang zum Balkon. Moderne, komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche mit Geschirrspül- und Kaffeemaschine (Delizio Maschine und Kapseln). Wir bieten Ihnen vor Ort Delizio-Kapseln an für 0.50.-/Kapsel (Lungo Crema, Ristretto, Koffeinfrei). Badezimmer (WC/Dusche) anliegend. Auf der 5. Etage befindet sich ein Zusatzzimmer mit Doppelbett und Badezimmer (WC/Dusche) das mitgemietet werden kann.
Eine Treppe führt ins Obergeschoss. Hier befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein grosszügiges Badezimmer (WC/Dusche). Buchungen für 11 oder 12 Personen sind möglich, es werden dann zusätzliche Betten durch den Gastgeber platziert. Es kann auch ein Kinderbett gratis dazugebucht werden; dies ist bei der Buchung anzugeben. Böden modern mit Stein oder Vynilboden (Holzimitation).

Die Strasse ist ab Seewis Dorf mit weissen "Jugendhaus" Wegweisern gut signalisiert. Im Winter die Schneeketten nicht vergessen.

Mitten im Grünen und dennoch vier Auto-Minuten von Seewis Dorf entfernt. Im Winter Skilift in Gehdistanz. Die Infrastruktur vom JHS steht zur Verfügung inkl. WLAN, Turnhalle, Spielplatz mit grosser Wiese, Kinderpool im Sommer und kostenlose Parkplätze. Eine Waschmaschine steht gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung.
