Situated in the heart of Margao city and 5 minutes away from the railway station is our spacious yet cozy home. The bungalow is good enough for 10 people who want to enjoy Goa but stay at a quiet and peaceful locality. With easy access to supermarkets, major roads, great restaurants and beautiful beaches, our home makes for a perfect stay for families or large group of friends.

The space
We have built our home with a lot of love and attention to detail for ourselves to stay when we are in the city. We have now opened our home to welcome guests who want to explore our beautiful coastal state.

We have a fully furnished and well equipped home with all amenities such as water heaters, air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV and so on.

Our house is a modern bungalow with a living room, dinning area, kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and terrace on the first floor. All bedrooms have an attached bathroom.

The living room has a sofa set with a 32 inch LED TV and a cable connection with access to 100+ channels. We have a WiFi set up that connects the entire house. The login details for which shall be provided at the time of check in.

The house has a fully functioning kitchen with a fridge, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, basic utensils, kitchen ware and cutlery. We would also offer our guests with tea, coffee, sugar so that they never miss out on their morning tea or evening coffee.

We have created a separate laundry zone next to the kitchen with an automatic top load washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes drying stand.

Our entrance makes for a relaxed seating area to enjoy a nice cup of tea with family. We have an attached terrace that makes for a perfect spot to soak in the winter sun (which can be used for smoking as well).

All three bedrooms have a king size bed, attached bathrooms with toilet and showers. The rooms are spacious to accommodate extra guests and luggage. We have extra linen, towels, bed covers and so on kept for guests in the bedroom cupboard.

To make our guests comfortable and to enjoy their stay, we will make arrangements for the common areas in the house to be cleaned. Kindly note that the cleaning of the house will only take place when guests are present in the house.

During your stay

We are available at all times for our guest through Air BnB chat, text and call (number will be provided). But since we do not stay in Goa, my aunt Mrs Shaikh, who is also the care taker of the house, would look after our guests on our behalf. We would share her contact detail as soon as we receive a booking confirmation. Mrs Shaikh would check in our guests, help them settle in and assist with anything that our guest require. Our care taker can also provide meals if guests require at a very minimal extra cost.
