The farm is located in a gated condominium, has 3000 mq of land, is on the border with a virgin forest area of two Benedictine monasteries and a convent of Franciscan nuns. Ideal place for those looking for inspiration, enjoy silence, nature and want to relax.

The space
It has two paths to get access to the house. The first is very quirky, but inadvisable to the elderly or people with some physical limitations: a steep descent down a staircase without rails that passes through bamboo (not advisable for the elderly); in this case, guests can park on the street and go down on foot. Another entrance is underneath, guests can drive the car into the farm (the only inconvenience is that being the climb too steep, it is better to return in dry weather, unless you have a 4x4 car. You'll have two ladder ramps to get to the landing of the house anyway.
The house is in two planes: on the ground floor , in addition to the kitchen, dining room and living room, it has two bedrooms, each with a standard size double bed, a corridor that connects and a social bathroom that serves the two bedrooms.
The top floor is a huge space, the size of the entire ground floor, with a 4m ceiling, wooden floor and huge wooden window doors with a splendid view of the forest (the windows have no curtains, so if you think this will make your sleep difficult, I advise you to bring an eye cover mask).
It has a vast terrace with a spectacular view and a giant suite with queen-size bed. Access to the upstairs is with a spiral staircase. Just off the stairs is a space with two single beds.
