I have 2 rooms available for rent. This remodel (9/19) 4/2/2 house rented by 2 young professionals by referral. Wifi speed 130 mbps is very high.
TV with Netflix and computer desk are inside room. Bathroom are across from the door. New hardwood floor for bedrooms, Vinyl for other areas. New vanity, microwave, refrigerator, dryer, etc. in 9/2019. Queen mattress and the door with lock for safety. 3 neighbors have dogs. The front door lights always on when it is dark and also with motion sensor.

Clean and safe. Both sides and back yard of the house have neighbors.
