Casa Viola is an apartment located in one of the main streets of the centre of Cava de' Tirreni, a short walk from the historic centre and therefore to public transport (train,bus), restaurants and nightlife. It is very close to the lights of Salerno and the Amalfi Coast.

The space
The apartment is located on the third floor within a park, has an outdoor parking space and if necessary a garage for a motorcycle. Equipped with lift.Theaccommodation is rented complete with furniture and furnishings.It consists of two bedrooms each with separate access and bathroom.The first bedroom (air-conditioned) consists of two single container beds, a 2 door wardrobe with internal drawer and a large window overlooking the courtyard .From here access to the first bathroom with mobile washbasin,shower cabin,toilet and bidet .To access the other bedroom you go from the living room/kitchen and for a hallway where it is present,the entrance to the second bathroom and a balcony.Thelatter is also air-conditioned the bedroom with double container bed,dresser with mirror, 4 door wardrobe. The bathroom ,however, unlike the other has a bathtub with shower , washing machine and toilet(toilet, bidet, vanity). Finally, the living room/kitchen (air-conditioned) has a very large space where we find two sofa beds , TV (32 inches) and dining table for up to 6 people; the kitchen divided on two walls where on one side we find a sink , gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and wall units, on the other the built-in fridge and freezer, the worktop and wall units complete with dishes, pots ,cutlery ,glasses, etc., there is also an ironing board and an iron , hence another balcony overlooking Via Marconi.
