Beautiful 1st floor of a 1917 cottage home w/character & all amenities. 1 private bedroom w/ 1 double bed and on-suite bath. 1 LazyBoy chair & couch w/2 reclining chairs, sunny kitchen w/ 2 ovens, dining room, living room, office w/desk. Perfect for cooks, students, doctors, remote workers visiting family & visitors to Cuyahoga Valley National Parks (Metroparks). 20-25 min drive to Downtown, UH & Cleveland Clinic main campus. 5-15 min drive to shopping, restaurants & parks. Free parking/laundry.

The space
The home has a lot of character with vintage antique furnishings, spacious & beautiful wood floors, large porches, and plenty of surrounding trees and wildlife. It's cozy & quiet but you're still close to the city and neighborhoods that are buzzing with life!

The private bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for all to share. The room sleeps 2 in a double bed. The couch has two reclining seats that are great for sleeping and there is an additional LazyBoy chair that reclines as well. There are 2 TVs w/Roku and there is free Wi-fi.

The kitchen gets wonderful morning sunlight and offers a beautiful view of greenery. There are two ovens for any bakers out there and the kitchen is stocked with just about everything you could possibly need, from Ninja blenders & baking sheets to crockpots and Keurig coffee makers. If you need something you don't see, just ask, I most likely have it. Have your meal kits delivered here for a weekend and make a great meal to enjoy!

It's a perfect place for travelers who are working, visiting family & friends or sight seeing the local attractions. If you're a nature enthusiast and cyclist the home is a few blocks from the Cuyahoga Valley National Park System (Bedford Metroparks). You can reach downtown and just about any destination in 25 mins. or less by car. Pinecrest shopping center in Pepper Pike is a 12 min. drive away and has a Whole Foods as well as restaurants, movie theater, shopping and spas.

It's also a great location for families, medical students, residents or doctors as it's 1 block from the Bedford University Hospitals satellite branch, 10-15 min drive from UH Ahuja Medical Center & UH Minoff Health Center at Chagrin Highlands and a 20-25 min. drive to the University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic main campuses located in University Circle.

The first floor will be all yours. I live upstairs. In the event you're staying longer than a week, I will need to access the space to get to the laundry in the basement, but will do so at your convenience. Your privacy & security will be respected.

It's perfect for bicycle enthusiasts, hikers or runners who love the outdoors.
