Fresh and cozy lake house with sauna at Bråviken beach. Fantastic location directly on the water with open view. Fish, swim or take a ride with the rowboat's electric motor. Run out of the sauna for a dip from the bridge.

Balcony and access to jetty and small beach. Shower, WC and small sauna in the cottage bathroom. In the sauna gets up to 4 seats. Comfortable sofa bed downstairs and beds in the loft. Sheets and towels as well as cleaning included.

The space
The cottage is beautifully situated outside Norrköping. The balcony is right on the water and you often see sea eagle and other seabird. From the jetty below the terrace, you are welcome to fish. In the shallow bay there are plenty of small fish and pike. Free fishing in the sea.
Further out in Bråviken you can see ships and lighthouses from a distance. To Djurön you can see Djurö Kvarn and at a long distance you can see Norrköping's outer harbour and Braviken. To the northeast you see Kolmården. The cottage is located on the lower part of our plot. The patio of the cottage, with tables and chairs, has an undisturbed location facing away from the plot, down to the water, from which you can enjoy fantastic sunsets. In winter, the ice settles under good weather conditions and you can both skate and fish.

Possibility to borrow rowboat with electric motor to glide silently and explore the bay and islands outside.

There is a gas grill on the patio of the cottage.

Pets are welcome. We have dogs ourselves and if you want you can borrow our dog farm of 2x25 sq.m. if you want to visit Kolmården Zoo, for example. Let me know before arrival if you bring dogs or other pets.

If you or the children like animals, you may want to visit our draught dogs, rabbits or chickens or look at our bees. All the animals are nice, but if you still don't want to visit the dogs, we obviously keep them inside.

The cottage is 28 sqm + 12 sqm sleeping loft. It has 5 beds; A sofa bed on the ground floor that is made into a comfortable double bed (140 cm wide). The sleeping loft has 2 beds (90 cm wide) and a comfortable foam mattress (105 cm wide). There are blankets, pillows and blankets for the beds.
The kitchen has kitchenware for 5 people as well as a stove, fridge with freezer compartment and press coffee pot.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower cabin and small sauna with window.
The cottage has TV, broadband via WiFi, AC from air heat pump, stereo for connection to the phone and terrace with garden furniture.

The house is located on the lower part of our plot. If you need any help, we are usually available right away.
If you want to come and see our animals, just say so. Our three draught dogs (Alaska husky) Fog, hail and Skruttis, would like to say hello and cuddle. If you don't want to see dogs, you're welcome to let them know. You're welcome to come to the chicken coop and feed applause. There live the hens Grey, Dunboll, Stina, Brave, Lea, Nuggets, Ninja and Doris. Rabbits Luna and Hedda are also happy to visit. And if you're lucky, you'll meet Ru, our cat who sneaks around and is a little hard to spot.
