Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 8 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your private apartment suite with outside entrance. We have a 20x40 inground pool (weather permitting) and a full basketball court available to all guest. Just 12 minutes north on Hwy 69 is world famous Guntersville Lake. Walmart is less than 2 miles away as well as many restaurants. We also have multiple golf courses nearby.

The space
This space is a private apartment suite located on the bottom floor of my large brick home. You will have a private entrance from the outside with parking just a few feet away. My house is located at the end of a dead end street. It has a very "living in the country" feeling, yet it is in the city limits of Arab. A large in-ground pool and lighted basketball/tennis court is available for your use weather permitting.
South Parkway in Huntsville is only 20-22 minutes away on Hwy 231. It's an easy commute if you are staying here while working in Huntsville. The Sparkman Center on Redstone Arsenal is only 35 minutes away. Guntersville Lake is only 12 minutes away if you enjoy world class bass fishing, boat racing or just visiting Guntersville State Park.

Our neighborhood is very private. We do have neighbors, but they are not very close. Arab is a quaint little town, with a homey feel. The park is famous for its Christmas lights display, historical buildings and walking trails.
