The house is positioned in the mountains above the village of Cochrane (about 1 kilometer). Cochrane is a quiet, yet friendly farming town with minimal grocery store and a small bar. Very safe area. Crime is virtually nonexistent.

The property itself has no neighbors within earshot. Jungle on all sides. Only a few farmers pass occasionally. The sounds of tree frogs, birds and falling water create a very peaceful ambience.
