This houseboat is in a unique setting on the water right off the Ohio River with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The grounds are available for use along with a shelter house with table, chairs, extra bathrooms and grills. You can charter a pontoon boat ride on the Ohio river for $75 an hour, kayaks are $15 per kayak including the lifejacket. NOTICE if the fish are active, they can bump the bottom of the boat and it makes a knocking noise. If you are a light sleeper I recommend earplugs.

A mile and 1/2 from Belterra Casino Resort, which has a free shuttle to Mermaid Cove. It’s 40 minute drive to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Also, 40 minutes to Madison, IN a fun historic river town with lots of antique shops and restaurants. You can also hike at Clifty Falls. Dine at Jewell’s on Main in Warsaw, KY just across the River or eat outside at Sunset Grill. They have a breakfast buffet. There are also a few restaurants inside Belterra. 7 miles from Vevay, IN and the Swiss Wine Festival. Check out the restaurants, Switzerland County Art Center, vintage movie theater and antique shops there. Restaurant’s in Vevay include Patrone’s, Roxano’s, Gramma’s, Shell’s, etc.

I’m a positive person and consider each day a blessing. I have one amazing son I love with all my heart and who I am so proud of! I work with my husband who I met in 1990 and married in 1995. He is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever known. He started his Home Improvement company in 1999 and I’m an Interior Designer. I went back to school for design in 2013. It was always a hobby and I wanted a change. Prior to that I worked with children in various setting for 20 years. I have a Bachelors of Science in Mental Health and Human Services with an area of concentration in Early Childhood. We moved to the marina in 2019 and I started the Airbnb’s. I enjoy the beautiful scenery here and have loved boating and the water my whole life. Starting this business was a dream come true and I have enjoyed every minute! We drive lots more now than when we lived close to the Cincinnati but it has been worth it!
