Only 40 minutes from St Augustine, the oldest city in the United States, founded by the Spaniards in 1565.

Walking distance from Wicked Barley, a well-known local brewery in Jacksonville.

A mile from a public boat ramp with quick access to the St John River. The river here is about 4 miles wide which makes it great for jet skiing.

Less than a quarter-mile you find Baymeadows Road where there is an extensive collection of restaurants, including international cuisines like Indian, Ethiopian, Mexican, Italian, Lebanese, Chinese and others.
