Cliff Haven is situated on the cliffs of Borth overlooking the beautiful beach and cardigan bay. It is a large 3 storey family home and as the name suggests, its truly a haven that enjoys exquisite views; offering families, golfers, ramblers and surfers a tranquil space to call home away from home, a seaside base to explore the surrounding areas and a perfect place for a sunset . It is within walking distance to local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, train station and the coastal path

The space
The house has plenty of space and currently accommodates 12 people ; It is wheelchair accessible on the whole of ground floor which consists of a bedroom , a shower room, lounge, dining room,conservatory overlooking the cardigan bay & the kitchen which leads on to a utility area. There is also a large games and or storage room overlooking the back garden suitable for golf kits paddle boards or bikes and private parking for at least 7 cars.

Borth is a family-friendly seaside village with plenty to do and see in the area weather you want to get active with a variety of coastal sports or venture further afield to the nearby towns or hills. There are rock pools below the cliffs, the coastal path to Aberystwyth 5 minutes away, borth railway museum and lovely walks across the Cors Fochno (the borth bog) to the hills set behind, a links golf course, a petrified forest in low tide and the sand dunes at Ynyslas only a short car-ride away just to mention a few. The village has a good range of shops, takeaways , a surgery and a boutique cinema.
