* NO CLEANING FEES!! THANKS to my AMAZING GUESTS!! Be my guest in my cozy, cheery, newly painted and decorated studio guest suite. Keyless entry in a quiet neighborhood. Home owner lives upstairs with a friendly dog and a handsome cat. My home is about 59yrs old. She is well cared for and is always getting upgrades. You will hear walking upstairs and a door may squeak when opened or closed. *Need early check-in or later check-out? Feel free to ask and I will be happy to see if I can accommodate.

The space
I love the uniqueness of the two outer concrete walls and floors and how with paint and rugs the unit feels so warm and inviting while providing safety in any potential storm or severe weather situation. Your unit features central air/heat controlled in part by a thermostat upstairs and in part by opening or closing the vent on the HVAC duct in the center of your unit. The chain allows the vent to be opened to various settings thereby controlling the air flow and room temperature. The electric fireplace serves as a supplemental source of heat. Also, blankets to keep you cozy. In the winter, I typically keep it neutral. Letting you decide how warm you want it with the above mentioned. The fireplace can get it pretty toasty, if you desire.
