Cozy Cabin on beautiful Big Spirit Lake! Completely remodeled in 2019, this cabin features an open floorplan great for family gatherings! The cabin is situated on the east side of Spirit Lake with breathtaking views of the water. With private dock access your family can enjoy fishing, swimming, and beautiful lakeside sunsets. Our guests have access to a compact washer/driver, lily pad, paddle board, and a Weber gas grill.

The space
This is a quiet family neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. The cabin is a cozy 950 square feet and sleeps 9 people. The cabin stays fairly cool all summer with the shade from all the trees, however, we have added two air conditioning units one in the bedroom and one in the main area of the house that cools the entire cabin.
Parking space is available outside the cottage for 3 vehicles with street parking available for 2 additional vehicles. This cottage has Wi-Fi and includes a flatscreen television with a RoKu stick, YouTube tv, and Netflix. The private dock extends over a boulder shoreline and has a sitting bench and ladder at the end of the dock. Excellent swimming and fishing and a beautiful view of sunsets every night. A firepit area is located along the shoreline and is perfect for those summer nights at the lake.

The cottage is a short 15 minute drive from the historic Arnolds Part Amusement Park. You will also be only 15 minutes away from Iowa’s Greatest Vacation Desination, Okoboji!. Okjoboji includes many different family activities including The Maritime Museum, Bay Bridges Water Part, Treasure Village Theater and Mini Golf, and Emerald Hills golf course. There are many different excellent restaurants both on and off the water including The Okoboji Store, The Barefoot Bar, The Ritz, The Waterfront and Water’s Edge Grill, Braccos, Maxwell’s Beach Café, and many more!!
