Comfortable self contained space in a lovely part of the city. Whilst you have your own private access and use of own lounge/dining area and bathroom this is part of our family home. There are tea and coffee making facilities and off road parking. Easy access into the city and good links to the M1 and M69

The space
The accommodation comprises of a large sink/washing up area as you come through the first door. On entering the next door you will find a bathroom to your right with a large shower, sink, mirror, toilet and towel rail. To your left is kitchenette area providing a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle with tea and coffee making facilities and a set of crockery and cutlery if you wanted to prepare your own food and plenty of storage in the cupboards below. You will also find wine glasses, a cafetiere, slow cooker and an iron. The lounge area next to this has a dining table and two chairs, a settee, coffee table, lamp and radio and tv. Through into the bedroom you will find a double bed, dressing table and chair, hairdryer, bedside table and lamp and space for hanging clothes.

Knighton is a lovely peaceful area. We are opposite Knighton Arboretum which can be accessed from Knighton Church Road and makes for a relaxing walk through the beautiful surroundings. The Craddock Pub is a short 5 minute walk up the road serving delicious food and drinks. Queens Road is a ten minute walk away and definitely worth a trip to try a 'Grounded Kitchen' buddha bowl. You will also find many other cafes and restaurants and lots of interesting shops to look around.
